How can you find lost friends who mean allot to you?

I'm looking for some friends back from germany.And a teacher who tried to be there for me,but i was stupid and pushed her away! How do i find them?

There's a few ways to go about doing that; contact the people who associated with that person, look on people finder websites, and myspace is also good for looking up old friends.
