Go to the park where thousands of Filipinos go to on Sundays. Eat sinigang lunch with them, get a pedicure, make your jueteng bet. The Pinoys are there in full force. They congregate based on ethnicity. So the Ilocanos are together, the Warays are together, etc. That is a clue on how you can spot your friend.
